"Took a Bit, but It Got Sorted"
I did have to wait a while, which was a bit annoying at the time, but in the end everything got sorted. I was sort of wondering if it was going to turn into a bigger hassle, you know how these things can go, but luckily it all worked out fine.

"Solid packaging and good first impression"
Ordered a few things from Wax London and, the packaging was really solid. Everything arrived neat and not all squashed, which I always appreciate. There was maybe a bit more packaging than they needed, but I guess better that than... Anyway, the clothes felt like decent quality overall, so I’m happy with it.

I ordered the overshirt and I’m really into it. The color is close to the photos on the site, maybe just a little darker when you’re inside, but not in a bad or surprising way. It just feels right overall, and I’m happy I got it.

"Sizing has been consistent for me"
I’ve ordered a few shirts and a knit from Wax London now, and the sizing has been the same every time, which is nice and not always the case with clothes online. I’m usually a medium, and the medium fits like I think a medium should fit, if that makes sense, not too tight and not doing that weird extra-long thing.
It makes ordering again a lot less annoying because I’m not guessing all over again each time. I still look at the size guide because I’m that person and I don’t fully trust myself, but so far it’s been accurate for me.

"Quick and easy help"
I had a small issue with my order, nothing major, but you never really know how these things are going to go. I reached out and they actually replied really fast, which was a nice surprise. They got everything sorted without making it a whole thing, no back and forth nonsense, just easy. It’s just refreshing dealing with a team that actually answers and helps.

"Worth Paying for Clothes That Last"
I bought a jacket and a couple of shirts from Wax London last year, they’ve held up really well. I wear the jacket all the time, even when the weather’s been awful, and it still looks pretty much like it did when I bought it. The shirts have been washed plenty too, with no weird shrinking or seams coming loose. They’re not the cheapest, but I think it’s only fair to give credit when a brand makes decent stuff that doesn’t fall apart after a few months.

It took a few days for the refund to show up, which had me checking my account now and then, you know how that goes. Anyway, it landed fine in the end, so no real complaints.

The site was easy to browse, and checkout was quick, which I always appreciate because nobody wants to spend forever just trying to pay. A few of the filters felt a little clunky here and there, not a huge deal, just mildly annoying — but overall it was a good experience.

I bought this shirt i’m happy with it. For the price, it feels really decent and not like some super cheap throwaway thing. It’s not luxury or anything, but it definitely feels worth what I paid. I’d happily buy another one.

"Easy to Find What I Wanted"
I was glad to see that most of the stuff I clicked on was actually in stock, because that’s not always how it goes with clothing sites. The sizes were easy to figure out too, so I wasn’t wasting time opening things just to find out they were sold out... which gets old fast. I ended up ordering a shirt I’d been watching for a while, and luckily it was available in my size. Simple experience overall, no hassle really...

"Great quality shirt, just a bit pricey"
I bought a shirt from Wax London i’m impressed. The fabric has that nice heavier feel without being uncomfortable, and the stitching looks really clean to me. The fit was also close to what I was expecting, which is always a relief when ordering online. I’m only giving it 4 stars because it’s definitely not cheap, but in my opinion, it feels like something that should hold up well over time

"Nice shirt, but I expected more transparency"
I bought a shirt and I do like that they talk about using responsible fabrics and making things in smaller runs. It does feel like they’re making an effort, which I appreciate. That said, I was expecting a bit more detail about their suppliers, and I think an apology or at least some acknowledgment would go a long way for not being clearer about that. Overall, it’s a good shirt and I’m happy with it, but there’s definitely room to be more transparent.
